height increase

is there anyone who know how i can increase my height. im 22 y/o and most of of the people i ask tells me that it would be impossible at my age now.

As a woman at the age of 22 you are more than likely done growing. How tall are you?

sadly 5ft tall, didn't even make it for height requirement of most jobs which is at least 5'2.

I was reading about this height thing after reading your post and it stated that woman can continue to grow up to age 24 and that men can continue until up to age 26. I did not realize that. I guess you can have your growth plates checked and see if there is still room for growth. Some people are done growing as early as age 16 though so don't get your hopes up too high. But 5' is really not that bad my best friend is 5' and she has managed everything just fine. In fact she works where she has to take down men that are 6' and over for behavior disorders. She's a spunky little gal. Best wishes
