I use them and they help me a lot. I've found that there are a few people for whom it doesn't work. But most of the time is works for people with pain. I've used them for backache, knee, shoulder, leg pain, even headaches and ear ache.

Yes, I use the back belt. I also have the individual magnets for other parts of my body. I bought them through Quixtar - I'm a distributor so buy through my own business.
