Does primary & secondary Education be in Virnacular Language /English language?

I have a strong belief that the education system is reaquired to be revamped where the education does not include English asa secondary language and should start teaching it from Primary level. This is mainly because world is now shrinking, boudaries between the globe are vanishing and English is now becoming an universal language for Business and general language of communication. I am not saying virnacular language should be kept as secondary language but atleast Science subjects and Mathematics and technical subjects should be taughtin English from atleast higher seconday school..
