I've have had so many cats in my life it's not funny, so I often had to become real creative--some cat names I've had in the past
Koniko, Keiko, Sachiko
Lakota, Dakota, Cheyenne, Pawnee, Shawnee
Twinkie, Taffy, Biddy, FRiskey, Kissy, Missy, and of course, I do have a black cat now, named Pyewacket!

Since you didn't specify any colors, it is not easy to suggest name, "witch" or other. Also, do you want the names of witches, witch related items, wiccan holidays, etc.? Do you want names from the dark or the light?
Of course, if you just want to "annoy" or "amuse " people you could do what my husband did. He named his Siamese "Dog". With four of them you could have "Puppy", "Bunny", "Pony", and "Mouse" or any other combination you wanted.
A little more info and I will gladly offer suggestions.

Our cat is named Snoopy. She really is snoopy as she is very curious and wants to know what is going on all over the house. If we move from one room to another, she follows.
Maybe Shadow would have been a good name for her, too, since she is kind of like a shadow, going wherever we go.

We had a stray, that one of our cats brought home, that we found out was pregnant. When she had her litter, five in total, we had different reasons for naming each one.
She had an orange with light, white stripped one I call Aspen. He was her first and it looked like one pain in the a$$ pushing him out.
There was Dusk. She was all black, and midnight was over-used as a cat name.
Ellen was a pretty grey cat. My mom is just a big fan of Ellen DeGeneres.
Roxie was black and white. Not really sure where this name came from, but I know my sister wanted to call her Rocky until we realized she was a female.
And my favorite was Caramel. He was the cutest thing you've ever seen. Dark brown, light orange, and tan fur with a meow that kinda went "meow-meooww". Hard to type, but you'd love it if you heard it. LOL.
