I think I like posting to discussions more, because I can't think of any discussions to start.

I find that I also tend to answer more discussions than I start.
There have been alt of times that I decided to start a discussion, but when I went to that interest, there was a very similar one already started, so I didn't add mine.
A few times I didn't see that one was alreay started, so I started one, and then I saw the 'similar discussions' listed under it and felt bad, like I had stolen someone else's idea, even though it was an innocent oversight. So now I really don't start alot, but I try to answer as many as I can, and hopefully add something that wasn't already there.

I personally prefer to respond to discussions. I find it a lot more enjoyable to respond to a topic rather than start one, though I do have a few now that I have started. LOL Just probably not as many as most people here for the amount of time I have been a member.

I respond to more discussions than I create, but I try to create as many as I can so I get responses to them, which in turn I can respond to.

I don't think that one is better than the other but I do find that I respond more than start discussions. I don't have alot of things to bring up. I do however have something to comment about alot when I read a discussion.
