How do I upload images?

I have many images that I would like toshare in posts and discussions. Could someone please tell me how I go about uploading these? Thanks!

I think you have to reach a certain number of posts now. I am not real sure. I just wanted to comment on your avatar. I LOVE IT!

LOL, we're twins!! I think I figured out how to upload... sometimes the brain just doesn't want to cooperate!
