my sony ericsson w550i , crashed when i tried deleting a prog!!

so , how can i get it working again,presently it comes on but goes into a stanby screen and i cant access any functions AT ALL!! Can i reboot it or somthing??? help please!!!

the only thing is just connect the phone in usb connection..and then in file transfer mode and scan the memory through any antivirus software because it'll also fill the damaged sectors of the memory card of w550I..but it doesn't have a memory it have got internal memoy of 225 mb when you'll connect it in fie transfer mode...

yes , i will do all that whn i get home , but how do i scan it with anti virus frm thefile transfer mode , ? Do i use the music t o pnone prog or what ??
im very technically challenged so you need to put me thru step by step!!
