Does a "B" rated movie have to be a gore/horror flick to be good?

I was discussing this the other day with my friends. I discovered that all the "B" rated movies that they enjoyed were Horror flicks while mine were cheesy musicals that were terribly done in the 80s or bad bad bad Sci-fi/Fantasy movies. So I began to wonder, how do you feel about a "B" rated flick. What type is good in your eyes?

I find that the best "b" rated happen to be horror. But that's mainly because I watch horror. There are others like Rocky Horror comes to mine. And I used to watch the 80's bad sci-fi/fantasy.

A good B rated movie can be from any genre.I like camp, over the top dramas that are so funny they are considered comedies. And I like John Waters' films. With his films you can't put them into a genre.
