whether Good dor Bad, Moods can be Contagious?

how do you catch a bad mood? can a bad mood serve a good purpose? is it better to express your bad mood or keep it inside? what steps can you take to minimize the negative impact of a bad mood?

yes i do believe that a person's mood greatly affects the mood of another person. if i am sad, my friends will say that don't be one for it is very contagious and it makes their day some kinda ruined! if i am happy then all will be happy. its like a domino effect if one is happy then all is happy if all is sad then all is sad if all is mad then all is mad. emotion of one, emotion of the group. its like all for one, one for all.
