Need BlogChex.com Help, Please

I just started a blog at BlogChex.com, but since they have no help forum or anything, it's a little difficult to find assistance. So for any of you bloggers, and especially BlogChex users, I need some assistance. Some questions, but there are more, follow: 1) Is there any way to customize the template? I don't know HTML that well, so any assistance or help sites would be great. 2) How can I post to search engines, like Google SiteMap and stuff? Never went through that, so I have a few questions on finding RSS feed links, inserting META tags, etc... 3) Help on promotion, adding Google adsense, etc... Anything you can tell me would help. Thanks to all!
