Is life a hobby?

I'm still very new to My Lot, having only been here for a month. However, after many of the discussions that I comment on a screen has come up asking if I want to add "life" to "hobbies that I enjoy"? I have always checked "no". Now don't get me wrong, I enjoy life, I just don't see it in the same category as scrapbooking, camping, crocheting, collecting things, or whatever! Hobbies are things we do for fun and relaxation. They are choices and options. Life is not an option. Has anyone else felt this way?

Yes, many of us feel that way. They also list "religion" as a hobby, and many people don't like that one bit because it's much more than a hobby to them. Maybe one of the new "enhancements" that myLot is coming out with will address the issue of where to add certain subjects under your interests. Good luck here...
