Oh No you have a science project in your fridge. HAHAHA! I do try to clean out anything before it grows colored fuzz, but sometimes something slips by me. I want to say since I just cleaned it out nothing older than 1 week is in there now.

I have a neat little labeling machine and so simple to use. I've started putting labels with the date on some of the condiments I buy and some stuff that goes in the freezer. NOT that my fridge isn't without the occasional science project also, lol.

I think my roomate made cheeseburgers from ground beef one night about a month ago and had too much meat left over..the idiot put the meat in some foil in the fridge..the other day I was cleaning it out and went to pick up the foil..there was something inside that was moving!! I screamed and dropped it on the floor..lol

Mine is packet of Chinese new year cake in slices. Before Chinese new year in Feb I had cleaned out my fridge and found the packet of new year cake. They had been in the freezer more than one year. Since they are still nice so I never throw them away. I will fry them with flour, slices of sweet potatoes and yam when I’m free. It’s really a delicious dessert.

I am petty good at keeping up with the insides of my frig. Have a lot of fruit turnover, letuces too. Maybe the oldest thing is a jar of liquid cheese my son and girlfriend bought..
Try to clean frig every couple months-then nothing inside gets too bad!!

i try and get in there as often as possible. just before going to the grocery store, is usually a good time, when its kind of empty anyway. its amazing how messy it gets. i blame my son for just leaving frozen pizza (already cooked) still on the cardboard,, its flimsy, and all the toppings fall off, and then you find these hard little dried up sausages everywhere. i could just kill him as i'm scrubbing it out. next time its his job!

Now this is quite a question to ask. I have some questionable things in there. Prolly the most disgusting being the streaks of jello from Christmas. I cannot bend down that far right at the moment (baby in the way, lols).
However, I too have some jars of pickles, a can of spaghetti sauce that is a few weeks old and some cranberry sauce that is little over a month old. And of course the bowl of nacho cheese from superbowl weekend :x

I cleaned my fridge out a few days ago and couldn't believe what I had in there. I had a bag of bananas that had gone black, cucumber that was soft and custard that should have been thrown out a few months ago. I am glad that I had chickens, they thought this was a great treat.

Oh, good that you mentioned this. I keep on forgetting to remove the big container of ice cream in the freezer which has been there for six months now. I'm afraid to look inside the container. My sister told me that it's okay to keep the ice cream, anyway it's frozen, but I'm afraid that's not the case. I will know soon! Good thing this is just the problem because I tend to check the crisper all the time for vegetables that aren't fresh anymore, and also the refrigerator for old food or expired products. Happy spring cleaning!

I think I have a jar of sundried tomatoes that I've had for far too long, but they're still good so I don't know if that counts! I tend to either eat everything as quickly as I can or throw it away once it spoils as my fridge is just a tiny apartment fridge and I always need the space.
