easter holiday traditions

What are some of your Easter Traditions? We have never missed coloring eggs,even though all the kids are grown and have moved out. Hubby says it wouldn't be Easter without colored Easter eggs. Of course there is always the Easter ham and Easter lilies. Do you have any different or odd traditions you would like to share.

We always make an Easter Egg Tree by clipping a branch from a tree that is ready to bud. This is placed in a vase of wet sand and we hang decorated eggs on the branches. My boys love this. Our other traditions are decorating eggs and having an egg hunt after church.

What a neat Idea. I love Easter, mainly because I always get the feeling of a new beginning.
