Comfort and bathrooms are used by everyone who lives in the house. But hardly is there anyone who loves to clean it despite all the new cleaning liquids there are available in the market. Do you know of any fast way to keep these areas clean without being exhaustive?

The bathroom has the most potential to be dirty, yet ergonomically it has not really evolved.
This is a really good question. Based on the few answers, no one likes it, but no one is designing an easy to clean one. We have those pipes behind the toilet, it is a small space, you can't fit in anything to clean there, it gets stuck on the pipes. The toilet has crevices and little holes, making it easy for dirt to accumulate and hard to clean.
I think the bathroom and fixture designers should come up with an wasy to clean room. Forget and anatomically correct toilet, make it smooth and easy to clean.

This suggestion of yours is worth considering. I'll give a thought about it and picture it out as to how it would look like. Cleaning bathrooms is really difficult what with all those bending we have to do everytime we clean them.

I think the best way to keep our bathrooms and comfort rooms clean is to clean them regularly. It is advisable to put some toilet duck and any cleaning liquids on tiles in order to flush away all those dirts once a week. This is not an exhaustive job to do because all you have to do is to put some amount of liquid then leave if for about 20 minutes. Then after that you'll just washed them with water and it would definitely leave a clean and tidy results.

Try providing the ready to use wipes and ask the family to take some personal responsibility. Tell them it really is bothering you because you want them to live in a clean hygenic environment and this is how they can help. I still do deep cleaning about once a week but our bathrooms are nearly always suitably clean for a guest to use.

It is good to adopt your way of doing it. My kids will find it easy to do that.

I really like to keep things less hassle by wiping things down with clorox and windex wipes regularly. This only brings out one issue, my husband likes to go chemical free and prefers I use vinegar and baking soda which is more time consuming. We meet in the middle, I do it when he isn't watching....LOL

I like the way you do it, brings smiles to my face. It kind of tickles me thinking how you do some things when he is not watching. Hmmm...that's good input. So hubby is very environment friendly, huh? Thank you, dearie.

Sometimes having a fast way to solve or just get rid of the problems that we have to face is really bad as we are not learning things manually and we are not taking these things seriously so its quite hard for us to learn something from it.
Sometimes, we have to do things very patiently and we have to take every detail of it, don't let ourselves to do many things just instantly.
Have a nice day ahead from Francis.

One way is to always keep the bathroom dry. Bathrooms tend to stay wet all the time because of water spills from the sink or from the shower. But having a wet bathroom floor means it can easily get muddy, especially when a lot of people do get in, without removing regular slippers and using the bathroom slippers. I really hate it when the bathroom floor is muddy, so we keep bathroom slippers by the door all the time.
And, yeah, it's also good to use toilet duck too! Keeps the bad smells away.

Hello, Carolee, nice of you to drop that joke. I've always tried to find a good one, you know. However, I've never been lucky at all, all these years. Among so many I have tried, there was only one which I found trustworthy enough to do the housechores properly. However, she didn't last very long. She had to go home to her parents for some reasons I can no longer recall.

Once in a while, I think someone will still need to be responsible for cleaning the whole place up. But her job would be much easier if every time someone uses it, she cleans up the mess right away. This is a good habit.

Yes, how right you are. In fact, if I'll be able to clean it every night when everyone has retired, the job really becomes much easier than when I do it after a few days of having been away. The kids do some cleaning but they don't mind if there are still some dark spots left. They say that it just fine.

This must be the easiest way to do it. However, we do it by ourselves in the house, we don't have the budget to cover for the cleaners pay.

In my case, trinidad, I instructed every members in my family to clean the bathroom before they leave it. This will prevent molds in filing up.I see to it that the bathroom is always dry because if you will leave it wet, dirt will become mud. Sunday is general cleaning of the bathroom where one is assigned to do it. I always place two hand towels on top of the drawer of my bathroom, and change it every other day. I used domex or zonrox to clean the bowl after its use. Then I spray an air freshener to make it smells good.

We are using the same items to clean the bathroom. However, I do mine only once a day unless I am out paying visits to either my mom's or the farm. There are times when I am away for days. My kids clean the house, too, but you know how it is with kids.
