I have been trying to lose weight for the last 6 months. I started excercising and I cut out fast foods so I have lost some weight but I want to know if diet pills really work. Please list what diet products you have had success with and how much weight you lost. Or if you tried any products like Hoodia or Trim Spa and you felt it was a waste of money.

I've been taking diet pills for 2 months. It was effective though. I stopped taking it since I got the desired weight already. After few days, my appetite went doubled, and I gained more than the weight I lost.

Well i have tried few myself and even my friend did try some but it was fruitless i guess one have to labor him/herself to reduce, now i play soccer for a local club and the result it quite good.My opinion about these pills is,they are just bogus and you should carry on with your excercise for the better result you can also do a little joging to help your excercise and dont do too much dieting as it can be quite dreadful in the end aswell.Just dont go for the pills aswell you'll not only waste your money like i did but also there are certain untold side effects so must take some caution. When i use to eat these kind of pills i was like always stressed and unable to sleep these were the side effects i was enduring from my pills.Even if you go for some consult your doctor first.
