cause working so hard 3 days and without sleep now i can`t sleep. all please help me how can i get sleep i have dring some medicine for sleep and have making love but i still can`t sleep please help me i need sleep well. ohhh if i can sleep like these baby .....

Count sheeps over the fence... count backward 99 to 1... Watch a boring tv show or a book...

i have to do thats and nothing happen... my eyes tired but my brain and my body still fresh uhhh very need sleep before i am sick hikssss
