what is meant by rating ???...

hi web_leader, Welcome to Mylot. Your star will apear when your post will reach to 100. As good as you keep your quality of posts as high as would be the star. 10 in a blue star is the highest. Hope you will be able to get a high star rating after you have reached 100. Good Luck!

hey there web_leader ... i can see you are a new member so first of all welcome to mylot! secondly... you get a star after you reach 100 posts and the number in it is based on your first 100 posts so if most of them are + rated you will get a higher rating than if they are - rated.... hope you get a high one and good luck! have fun!

you get it after you reach 100 posts (the number by your name) and it's an indication of your reputation, ie you will have a lower star number if people rate your responses negatively. You can read about in the guidelines :)

Hi web, you get a star once you complete 100 posts here on mylot. The star implies your reputation here at mylot. Ratings is what you give users for discussions and responses. The + and - is what you can use to rate. The nuimber next to your name (32) is also called ratings or points and changes with the number of responses you make. this is what i understood from mylot guidelines. star represent your reputation.users with a user rating of less than 100 will not yet have myLot reputation myLot reputation is determined by the myLot community,not user.but it depend on + and - given to a user by other members! It doesn’t mean that 8 stars means “good user” and 5 stars means “bad user” only indicate how active user are and how much qulaity they provide with their discussion! increase your reputation is by contributing quality topics, responses and comments and avoid breaking mylot rules! so keep posting...quality one.....

You get a star once you hit 100 posts. In that star is a number. The number is your rating here at MyLot. Just keep on posting and you will get to 100 soon. It happens fast.
