When you're pissed with somebody, what do you usually do?

Last friday I wasn't expecting I would get pissed off as I was just watching TV all afternoon. There's this person that suddenly made up a story and I was really MAD!!! I was trying to control myself because I want to throw him the glass in front of me. Somebody stopped me, so I just kept quiet but my nerves where shaking and I know any minute my tears would flow. I've managed to cry a little but still what I'm still pissed with the person and I am not talking to him.
