What do you do to keep fit?

Drink 2 glasses plain water in the morning and walk when the sun rising for 45 minutes, after that take a bath and breakfast, eats more fruit and fresh vegetables. Before going to sleep drink an ounce of Tahitian Noni Juice, makes me sleep well and fresh when I wake up in the morning.

Based on my physician's advise for keeping yourself fit....you have to work it out patiently in terms of your balance healthy diet and doing such exercise. Also working out your spiritual and social aspects...it helps a lot....

exercise 3-4 times a week for an hour each time.
eat lots of veggies and fruits
walk a lot (park farther).

I do walk regularly to keep fit myself. Walking is so good for health. If you prefer you can do other exercise also.
Eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits and ofcourse lots of water for good health. Try to avoid junk food. I know those are so tasty and we all like to eat junk food. But if you are really serious about your good health, you have to reduce taking junk food.
