In looking for an ideal job, what will you prioritize? Will you go for a Contractual Job but with a higher salary? Or, It would be better if you're salary is that not competitive yet you're sure that IT will last for years (or even a lifetime, )..Or Will you sacrifice having a competitive salary and job security as long as you'll gain knowledge for personal development?

I would definately choose high pay than security. I am still young (well, I still feel young) so job security is not high on my priority list, not yet anyway. Plus, being on the same job year after year do sound tiring. I would opt for short term job over the long term.
Knowledge and personal development is very important, but I would never go for a low paying job just for it :) Knowledge and personal development can be aquired elsewhere. Unless of course if the said employer has structured planning on providing quality training and development for his employees. I might be willing to sacrifice little on salary.
All in all, salary comes first for me
