often times when we look into the mirror

are we comfortable with what we see. When i look into the mirror i see flaws that i would want to correct. but when i sit and contemplate i realise that this body has served me from the first breath without giving me any serious problems. can you imagine the heart has been beating continuously nonstop when i come to think of it i love my heart the most sometimes i feel sorry for it and speak to it. Do you have any comments?

This is what we call aging. No one, pretty much, likes what they see. Some say it is inevitable and there is no use worrying about it.
That's yet again another bad thing about life. :/
