Smoking Ban Help YOU?

many countries have made a decision the ban smoking is enclosed on public areas. do you think that this regulation can help smokers to stop smoking or it just a rule to protect non-smokers?

A person has to want to give up smoking I think the laws are to protect the non-smker after all they don't choose to breath in second hand smoke but I still think smokers have rights and should be provided with aomewhere to go to smoke in public areas.
