it's not easy to be a witness especially in crimes like this but in my own sense i don't want to have a bothered conscience in the long run, for the rest of my life. remaining to be silent is cowardness of the truth, injustice to the victim and foremore you become an accomplice of the murderer. tell the truth and your conscience will be free.

yeah sure the first thing i will do is report the copz about the murder rather that remaining silent.....coz if some day the same happens with us...even we would expect that the person who observed all this should report the event to the cops

As distressing as it may seem, I would certainly report a murder I had witnessed. We can not remain silent, and allow crimes to go unpunished.
It is almost a crime to not speak out after witnessing any serious incident.
Indeed, if you had been in a position to call for help, or stop the murder, but didn't, it is a crime.

i would definatly report what i saw to the police! i wouldnt want a murderer out there wandering the public! someone else might be killed, then it would be partially my fault if i had seen the person murder before and didnt say anything!
i could never live with myself. i could have put a stop to anybody being hurt (much less killed) and i just sat there with my mouth shut?! no way.
