Just asking... is it ok for myLotters to add an image even if it's a copyrighted one?

As per myLot guidance copyrighted images should not be posted on myLot.

I see, but it seems myLot have discarded images for upload if its a copyrighted one. I had an image uploaded for posting, one is a copyrighted one which did not appear, and one the baby picture of my son which (I don't know) did not appear as well. How do you explain that?
