Housemaid

my sister has been doing the job of housemaid helping with the cooking, washing, cleaning and sending children to school at Borivli but now is in need of a same type of job between nalasopara to borivili from morning to evening with regualar monthly payment on time. SHe is aged 45 and resides at nalasopara (E) with mother in law n 2 grown kids. Her husband is working as a security in a co.op. hsg society at Boisar (beyond Palghar) which income is not enough to support the family of 5 persons. I have got a fifty year old maid and she works in my colony and lives with us in our servant quarters. she is very good with the kids too. My hubby is in army and she has been verified by our own military police. Her son has abandond her and even daughter in law has left herand went back to her parents place. she has no one left as her daughter in law was her brother's daughter common in maharahstrians. Her brother in Pune is not helping her out. She has one another brother in bombay and she is thinking of going to him but is unsure as she wants to work and do not want to burden him. she is slow but neat and excellent and honest in her work. you have to be a little patient with her speed of work. she never misses her work and is always punctual and never takes leave if guests are there. I like her a lot but we are soon to go on a posting. she is not ready to come with us to north and says she can not abonden her kids even though they have done so. if you want I can ask her if she is interested. When we leave she can join you there but she has to agree.she was initially planning to go to bombay when I requested her to stay till we are here right now I can not say. can you provide accomodation for her? and her salary to, what will you pay her then I can make an offer to her.
