Have you ever been going about your day-to-day lifethinking things are pretty much okay then suddenly discover you are "in Trouble" with someone and you have no idea why? Or that you supposedly said or did something that you didn't know you did but now someone is pissed off at you?

A lot of individuals can be unpredictable with their attitude and sometimes the people around them are the victims of their lashing out. I myself have experienced the same thing several times and it is never a pretty picture where someone is so unaware of what he has/has not said or done and someone reacts to it negatively. It is true that as humans who exist in a very busy world, we unconsciously say things that don't mean and think about. The best thing to do in this kind of situation is to communicate. Talk things out and ask for an explanation what you said or did and if you feel like you owe someone an apology then do so. It's better than fighting over something that's so minute and trivial. And for the other, it is best not to explode immediately...instead they should try to voice out that they have been offended and explain their reason for it. The best and cheapest tool we can use is communication...for when we communicate...we can understand and express our feelings and of others.

Yes, I would love to communicate, but instead I just get tossed off and never get the opportunity to get to the bottom of the issue .....whatever it is! Now, I am so uncomfortable even saying anything because everything I try to say or share from where I view things or how things appeared to me at the particular time I get lashed on and told I am being "defensive" when all I am trying to do is UNDERSTAND and be UNDERSTOOD!

Yeah...and I lovingly call the people that start such rumors and drama "sh*t starters". The world is full of them. Some people, for whatever reason (boredom?), need drama in their lives. My step-father is a big one. When it comes to him, I can't do anything right, and when he can't find any fault in anything i've done, he makes something up. Its like the week is not complete until there has been a family fight. Keep in mind that I am grown...not in his house...he just constantly meddles and runs to my mother with "look how terribly you've raised your children" ....AAAHHH!

Yes of course, I think that happens to us all! I have gone months not knowing someone was angry with me. I would personally rather know that I did something wrong, but people are so afraid they will hurt your feelings that they don't confront you about it. So, we go on our day to day lives and people end up being mad at you and you have no idea why they are acting funny or why they are avoiding you. I don't like that, so I try to make sure that I am very reasonable about it, but I do, let people who have annoyed me in the past know that I am irritated with them and we usually work it out.
