Best discipline for children

Kids are very active and hyper nowadays sometimes my girls are like a worms i couldn't control them and sometimes they don't listen to me at once, you have to repeat a word before they obey, and i wonder what would be the discipline a parent could give for their children. I knew that spanking its not really good for children and punishment so verbal is the least i could do.

Good communication to your children will help you to know things why they are hard to listen spend sometimes with them or you first lead your children while playing you can play with them and soon you'll find out they follow you without taking the hard time.
