Payout sites....... R They Cheating Or ........?????

Now a days reffrel links to the different payout sites are there, but i doubt wether they really payout or are they cheating on us by making a limit like within 2 months, minimum payout will be 10-20 dollars and if aything offensive will be found they will delete the account.
Is it worth spending hours on net for $0.05 or something like this.???????????????????????

I'm not sure with this since I didn't get my payout yet. I'm joining such system just to try out for my self anyway. :D.. I don't think that they are cheating, they do that for their security. It is worth it if you know how to spend your time. You don't have to spend hours to post or reply a post right? If you do so, then.. you really deserve that money.. :D
