How do you manage your time and money bringing up your children? Do you face a lot of difficulties? Can a family with many children survive with only the husband as the sole breadwinner? Do you feel very tired by the end of the day? Do you have any couple time at all? I am asking these questions because I think I might be pregnant with the third child? I am unsure if I can cope.....

Let me start off by saying that I have seven children. From a Junior in High School to a Kindergarten student. And your right, it is tough with just one income.
But we do it with just one income also.
Who can afford child care with this many children???
Not us!
You end up doing what you have to do. You learn to give up what you do not have to have. Lots of sacrifice. You learn to cut hair at home because it saves money.
You learn to shop the bargains that truly make a difference.
You learn that hamburger helper is not so bad. LOL And soup and sandwiches are a good belly filler. You get sick of spaghetti. But also buy lots of ramen noodles and Mac and Cheese and hot dogs.
Buy hot dogs in bulk...as also toilet paper, peanut butter, and grape jelly is much cheaper.
You learn what means to really shop on a budget...and really, it is not so bad because you realize it does really make a difference.
Oh! And you also learn, that second hand clothes really do look like new...and clearance racks in WalMart are pretty good too.
Congrats on the 3rd child!!! :)

I have 3 children. 5 1/2, 4 and 9 months. Having the third really didn't make it anymore difficult than having 2. Many mothers I know of stay at home with their children. But, that really matters on how much your husband makes. I work a couple days a week just to bring in a little extra money. Plus, there are jobs which you can do from home.
As feeling tired at the end of the day, at first you feel more tired, but that's because it's a new baby.
My husband and I make it a point to get our alone couple time atleast once a month.
Good luck and congratulations if you're pregnant.
