Steve Waugh as Indian Coach - share your views

Hi, I'm not against greg chappel as I feel he has done his best for our team. But if he is sacked by our board, then I want Steve waugh ideally to become our coach. I don't like indian coaches because barring a selected few, none showed committment and character in thier playing days. Also, our senior players' averages are lot better than them and consequently they won't be respected or listened to. What do you think about steve waugh becoming our indian coach? Do you support me? Give your comments please.

ya..i feel d same ... waugh was the person who had made the entire australian team in the ninties, he and bob simpson are the two responsible for making autralia what it is today...hence steve would make a very gud coach...also this would be his first stint at international coaching, thus he would try and give his best.

well i think he will be a good chice only if he is fully devoted to train a team.........as we dont want the result wat we get in the previous year n this year in world cup....

According to me, any australian will do good for india, be it Steve Waugh or the outgoing Australian coach John Buchannan. But i think Steve Waugh wud do better, as hes been friends to many of the Indian cricketers, so it wud nt be difficult for him to train them.
