Is it okay to pick nose in public?

This has been happening a lot lately. When I walk on the streets, I see at least 1 person picking nose. Well, I think it's very unethical. Since they don't use tissue, it is likely that they will spread germs. It is because when they touch a public-used objects like money, elevator buttons, etc. the germs will spread. What can you say about this?

No. Definitely no. It disgusting, unethical and bad impression. Anyone picks nose.. but normally people do when they're alone in the proper way.. not in front of others.. and in public. Hurhg...
