Do you have late night snacks? What do you usually have?

Having late night snacks is not good for keeping a slim body shape,but I always have some after evening work.Rice noodles or dessert is ok.However,summer is coming,I decided to give up my night snack and put on cute tight T-shirt.

I always have midnight snacks & I can't help myself to avoid eating very late. Can u give me some tips coz i wan't to lose weight..... hehehehehehehehehehehehehehe...........

My suggestion for you is to stop worrying what you eat and how you eat and focus on how are you going to BURN what you ate! Yes. Burn those calories,fats,etc down. You do this by regular exercise. Play regular sports is also one way of maintaining your desired figure. Skipping ropes worked well for my conditioning and burning of fats. You make it a habit to skip those ropes mornings and evenings. =)
