Why do so many families spend so much time in front of television set??? One major reason for me is that TV watching has become something we do without thinking. Here, three strategies to help you monitor your media consumption:***Keep a log. Have family members track all TV viewing, for a week (parents can help young children).***Don't watch television--watch programs. How often have you watched a show simply because it came on?***Get the TV set out of your bedroom. You may know kids are better off without TVs in their rooms.

Me, I spend not much time watching TV.
I only turn on the TV when watching my favorite program
because once you turn it on the programs won't stop itself for you are the one responsible for turning off the TV
till midnight.
My children doesn't have TV in their room, They knows the limits of watching programs. But some has , the reason so they don't have any knowledge what can be the consequences awaits for them by doing it so.
