What does OC stands for?

When we refer some thing granted for free. We say "OC".
What is this OC stands for?

O.C. to us means Orange County. We use it like "were going to the o.c. tonight" and we go to orange county the city is just a couple miles away from our town.

but some people say "he is getting the things for OC". Is this the same OC you are talking about?
here this OC should give the meaning like "Free of Cost" some thing like that.

OC can also mean Obsessive Compusive. I don't think that's what you're talking about but it's another OC.

I never heard of someone saying OC when refering to something do to with getting anything free. To me Ive only know it to be for Orange County, but that cant be what your talking about.
