do we all have equal brains?

my question to all of you is do we all carry equal brains? and if so then why every one not excels in his /her field . and what is the research of medical science reagrading my query .

We all are not born equal. Because the ways we are brought up are different. It depends on how you use your brain. The more you use the more neurons are connected( brain cells overlap on each other). It also depends on your hardwork. If you can train your brain to remember everything you can call yourself a genius.
