Men and socks

Why do men wear socks with their sandals ? Do all ages of men do this ?

It's because they want to hide their feet. If they would only get pedicures the way we do, then maybe they would be a little more open to wearing bare feet. Maybe if we trained them a little more...or, chuckle, chuckle, put nail polish on their toe nails...they might not be so shy.
Thank goodness my husband does not wear socks with his sandals. Of course, that could be because I make certain that his sandle all have that little wedgie next to the big toe. I guess, actuallu, that my husband is wearing flip flops rather than sandles...so maybe that is the answer. heehee

Hmm...I don't know. Maybe they want the cushiony comfort of socks, but also the breathability of sandals. When you wear socks with sneakers or dress shoes, the socks don't have room to breathe and to air out. WIth sandals, they can air out and not get smelly. I don't know...just a theory.

well, here they don't! I mean the point of putting on sandels is to take off socks and let the feet breath right??
