Can i use my paypal account without verifying it??

I thought paypal was not available in my country but I recently visited the site again and found out that it does have paypal. I don't have a credit card to verify my account, and I can't add my debit card for some reason on the site. I saw that I can still use it to buy stuff online, but I cannot use it to request money. So does that mean that if i set it as my payment method in my lot, will I receive money or not?
Do I have to add an account to it????
Any help would be appreciated.

I searched the web on this just for you so that you can verify your account.I haven't tried it cuz my account is verified already.But one of those i know has done it and really works.Hope this helped.

Alright I'll check out this site, thanks for doing all the research for me.
I don't mind paying as long as it's better for the long run, but what method of payment can I use for it, that's the issue, right now I only have money in my e-gold and not even a full 16$, but I'll check out this site and let you know how it goes.

hey there, yeah, this thing really works. I just got my paypal verification done and it cost me 9$ only, all thanks to you.
Actually i paid through e-gold from my last payment at my lot. Couldn't use it for anything else anyway.
So thanks man. Now I can add a debit card to it, and just withdraw money whenever I have some and it's something i can actually get my hands on.

If it will be possible I will be the first man doing the same thing because Pay Pal won't support my country and I am very much offended by this thing. It is not possible to use Pay Pal without verifying your account and I believe there is no way to use Pay Pal except verifying your bank account. I wish I can use PayPal There are many things that I have to buy from PayPal but I am not able to do it :( I am still facing problem due to this thing and I hope my country will be added in a PayPal list and this is true you can't do anything without verifying your bank account. Well my country is on the list where it says in paypal, that you can 'send money to these countries.' And I actually asked a my lot member yesterday who told me, that they also use an unverified paypal account and receive payments from my lot and other sites on it.
So, I'm gonna give it a try from some other site with a smaller amount first and then if that works set it as payment option on my lot itself.

Hey hi, well you can have it, but if you dont verify it, then it will not allow you to send any money, as zero sending limit, just keep posting quality responses and keep uploading photos, which will boost your earning,well best luck there, and have happy earnings!!!
