is there anything that you wont do in front of them? are you comfortable using the restroom in front of them? do you do any of your personal hygiene upkeep in front of them? as for me, i will definitly NOT use the restroom in front of him. once he accidently walked in on me, and i go "hey! you can see me do many things, but not this!" haha. i also dont fix my eyebrows, blow my nose, or let out gas in front of him (from either end). we have been together for almost 8 years now and he has never seen me do any of these things. call me crazy, but i dont want him to see me that way. i want him to still think of me as a lady. i made this decision to be like this when one day i was eating dinner at my aunts house. she is so lady-like and appropriate and beautiful, but right at the table, she let out this disgusting burp in front of all of us. i think my eyes got very wide and i just stared. it was so gross to me, and i cant see her exactly the same anymore. i KNOW this is a human function, but there are just some things that are better done in privacy. so what are your thoughts?

Haha I do everything in front of my husband. There's no such thing as privacy at our house. When we first got married, I didn't let him in the bathroom when I was using it, but just like a little kid, he would sit right outside and lean on the door and talk to me the whole time I was in there. My dogs sit outside the bathroom door and whine, too. So unless my baby is in the bathroom with me, I don't even bother to close the door anymore. My mom is like you. She thinks it's disgusting to do stuff like that in front of people. She always tried to teach us not to, either. But we all do it anyway. Not in front of EVERYONE or anything. I just do it in front of my husband, and my son, because I can't excuse myself from my 14 month old to leave the room when we are playing or whatever. My husband and I are pretty open, though, anyway. And he was there when I gave birth to our son. If I wasn't already doing everything in front of him, that would have been pretty embarrassing!
