what the best can u do to beat th HEAT??????????

We live in a mountainous area north of Manila, Philippines, which is known for its cool climate and is dubbed the summer capital of the Philippines. So basically, summer heat is not a problem for us. Although, lately, things have also started to warm up here. We have our electric fan, so we just turn it on. For something extra, its good to have ice cream or ice candy, or Slurpy just for good measure. In Manila is another story, its very humid and hot, so air conditioners are a must. The problem would be electricity, so the solution is to watch a movie or just go to the mall and enjoy the free airconditioning.

drink more water and keep clam

two words air conditioner lol..seriously I live on an island so we most times have a very nice coastal breeze but have seen a significant rise in temperature due to global warming so we have a much warmer summer than we used to.I love to swim in the ocean and I love to be an the water boating..on Cape Breton Island we many species of whales and i love go on whale cruises and see them and dolphins and seals..its a gorgeous way to spend a summer day Cheryl
