This may seem like a very very randomn and possibly rubbish discussion but I think people will have plenty of opinions on it.
Can ceral be eaten at any time of day or just specifiically in the morning. I personally enjoy a good bowl of Cocopops just before bed time.
Do you agree it is okay to substitute lunch or dinner with it.

I am very boring I'm afraid. Can only eat cereal at breakfast time! Any other time just seems wrong somehow, and I just can't swallow it!

Of course you can eat cereal at any time, both my brother had bowls of cornflakes at night time (and sometimes when they came home from work), its an ideal snack as well, as contains milk and proteins to give you energy. They sometimes had a bowl for lunch as well.
I'm allergic to milk, so cannot take most types of cereal, except Weetabix and Oatabix which I can take with butter (and eat as a biscuit). Cornflakes would take me too long to butter (and just end up as crumbs).

I think it can be eaten any time lol.But they say it is better to eat any thing with carbs earlier on as you need to unwind at night and proteins..light ones and non starchy foods are better in the evening..but there is no hard and fast rule.As long as you don't stuff yourself before bedtime..it should be o.k..

Every once in a blue moon I think it's fine to replace a meal with cereal. I'm a lot more in favor of snacking on cereal, though. I love a big bowl of something chock full of carbs before taking my dog for a jog. :)
I recently rediscovered Cinnamon Toast Crunch and it's my new favorite dessert!
