what are the other romantic comedy anime's around?

i have been searching for a good romantic comedy anime.. any suggestions? i'm not much into fighting, or combat stories. sports related might be alright, but not much as well. i like it to be as real as possible or just cute fantasies involved. i've enjoyed "his and her circumstances" and "fruits basket". good drawing also!

i think sailor moon is the first anime i got hooked with.. heheh! oh, it's Voltes V and Daimos! heheheh! I might try to have a copy of that series if they're still available.. heheh!

ever heard of fushigi yuugi? its my fave anime of all time. i think all the characters are cute and lovely! even the antagonists are good looking! nakago is awesome he he but i do love tamahome more! try to watch that. its funny, romantic, dramatic and also fantastic! it is a combination of all! i bet you won't regret watching that one.

yeah, we had that series shown here on our local channels and it's pretty good. i've seen it already.. not much comedy though.. i really want a series that would make me laugh a lot. heheh! but also is romantic. heheh! i might look back to fushigi yuugi again one time..

Try Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge, Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya or Nodame Cantabile. You can download the complete episodes of Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. The other 2 are or have just completed running in Japan and you can only get a certain number of episodes. I really like the other 2 and constantly check my favorite torrent site for the next episode.

yup try chobits, its a romantic comedy anime with not much action. also try hajime no ippo, it has some fights but definitely funny to watch.

If you like over the top with some fan service, try Love Hina or Chobits. These are more directed at a mainly male audience, so they may not be what you are looking for. Good luck looking and let us know what you decide on.

My personal favorite are Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu. Season 2 is coming out and it pretty good series. It talks about a guy who found out that the school idol is a otaku and he promises to keep it a sercet and their relationship starts there
Another one who be Da Capo. It is amazing series. It has like 5 season plus a ova well there's a lot that goes on but everything revolves somewhat to the magical cherry blossom tree

You should watch Ah My Goddess.
Basically it's the story of a lonely college guy who wishes for a goddess to be with him forever. The goddess has to grant his request, so she ends up living with him. However, the two are not alone to develope their romance because her two sisters show up and begin to meddle.
Basically, it's a magical girlfriend sorta romantic comedy. There is a little bit of action, and I woldn't say that it is all that realisic, but some of the story lines are. Besides, I think the magic theme is handled quite well in this series.

i actually like the fighting genre like Naruto and Bleach. But i would like to recommend one anime called Nodame Cantabile. I've never watch the anime version but i've watched the Live ACtion version. It's really interesting and funny. So, i'm sure the live action version is based on the anime. Try to watch that first.
