Yes, it is always better to workout in the morning, but before starting workout please brush your teath, so that the air inhaled will be pure.
Always try to finish all the workouts before sun-rise, it is always better. A fresh bath after a workout makes u feel fresh for the whole day, but mind that u have give a gap of atleast 30 minutes between your workout and your bath.

basically, there's no recommended time for exercising. anytime for the day is good for exercising. doing workouts early morning right after waking up is great for the body since it would condition and 'wake up' the muscles for the entire day. people feel they're weak waking up in the morning and that makes it the right time to exercise to make one more alive and active for the day. but dont forget to do some stretching so as not to injure or damage the muscles
