Why mylot give us money

hi guys.i join mylot a week ago and i have started and responded to some discussion.my question is that why mylot pay us money?Whats there profit in giving us money.

Does the webmaster fo this for just being happy?Doesn't he provide monetary profit?I believe he makes profit in some way otherwise why doesn't he need to do.Is it possible explosion of mylot some time later?I need a satisfying answer.

Paying the members, the site grows because there will be a lot of members, so the webmaster can earn more and we can earn.
