How do you deal with PMS mood swings

Whenever i had my PMS, I always find myself shounting at my brothers for little mistakes they do. I threw things on their faces...whatever things im holding. And later feels guilt for doing it. Im not not sure what came into me. How does women deals with PMS mood swings?
