gain weight is a burden

in a fitness gym there's the protein shake being sold. are there some side effects of it. what if I drink only but not on workout, is that effective?

i have the same dilemma. i'm just starting to work-out and i'm lean. or skinny. whatever you call it. i want to have a little extra weight, gain more muscles and have a toned body. i am currently looking for protein supplements which will help me achieve my goals. still searching. what did you do? what was recommended for you?

they say protein shake and high protein diet. but still no use Im having irregular sleeping hours at the moment.
