Do you tend to imagine things first before you totally fell asleep?

When you're already on your bed and ready for a good night sleep, when you close your eyes, do you imagine or think of a lot of things? As to my case, everytime I close my eyes, I always imagine on a lot of things regardless on what it is.
Like for instance, I would imagine myself flying like Superman or anything else. I would make up stories myself and make my own conversations on my mind. If I'm in deep worries and troubles, those are the things that I could mostly think of before going to sleep.
However, if I'm that very very tired, of course, I don't have time to think of my imaginations at all because eventually, I'm gonna fall asleep right away.
How about you? When you're already in bed, are you full of imaginations when you close your eyes :)

Oh wow. I ALWAYS imagine things. Being interested in blacksmithing, I spend alot of time daydreaming about things to make. When I close my eyes to sleep, I think about making duble curls, or decorative knives. Sometimes my imagination runs off just befor I fall asleep, and it brings me dreams of being a superhero.
It all comes with an active imagination. Personaly, I enjoy not being bored, even in the most boring of situations, all beacuse my imagination is so vivid. Espeacialy when I'm about to sleep.

Yeah! Sometimes I also wonder why it's such a nice place to imagine things when you are about to sleep, huh?lol :)

It realy is. Maybe it's because, in your bed, you can usualy think anything, without worry about what people think. You are comfortable, and relaxed, and thoughts aren't impeeded by minor things. A good bed, with a kitten sitting next to me, is about the best place to think I can imagine.

It sounds like you have a great imagination. I tend just to think about what I am going to do the next day. I like to think sometimes that I have won a lot of money and I am giving it to my children and family. I also have a lot of self hypnosis cd's by Paul Mckenna and I usually listen to them when I am going to sleep so I don't have to think about much myself.

Yes, and lately the things that i think of before i go to sleep is how pathetic my life has become. Then I just start to cry for that reason alone- and I blame myself for having this life and the people who did a lot to make my life miserable then I cry some more.
Before, I used to "daydream" or think of happy thoughts- happy wishes, aspirations before i go to sleep, it inspires me to look forward to the next day and it gives me a smile while I sleep. But now... I just cry myself to sleep- it has its advantage though, since I get tired of crying, I easily fall asleep.

Oh sorry for that. You might have so many worries lately. But don't worry, everything will just be fine. :) ANd you're gonna be thinking of happy thoughts again before you sleep. :)

Sure thing, my friend. I usually take quite a long while before finally succumbing to sleep. I think about a lot of things too, including the likes of superman.
Some people say people like us are worriers. Sigh. :P
