new trucks, homes, 4 wheelers, sofas, dining tables every year without selling the old ones... The people living next door to me are always spending like there is no tomorrow.. How do they do it ? I wonder sometimes...I am happy for them but afraid for them and the three kids that this is going to catch up with them... The man makes 25 dollars and hour working 40 hrs a week. she does not work... One child is in school, two are at home. With a new born and two kids in every paid club you can think of they just try to find new thing to pay to put them in...She told me she doesn't know where some of the down payments are coming from...She has told me that her husband has them so far in debt that they had to refinance the 40,000. dollar 400.00 monthly land payment to a lower payment. So they could get by. Why do people do this ? What about the kids , when they get older they may want or need things that the parents can't get for them because of bankrupt... I feel bad for her that she talked to me about it instead of her close friends. I do not know how to help her or her husband.. At times she seems like she is just as much to blame for the spending....Once they get it she is excited and happy. so I guess until she stops her husband things will go on.Do you know anyone like this... Do things get better in time or not ?

It's unfathomable sometimes how people could spend that much while they only earn so measly. That is where credit and refinancing get their claws in. They may not seem to have sold the old items that they have but don't you think they could have also opted for trade-ins? Like they only need to pay this much for a new couch provided they also trade-in the old one? Bottom line is, we're in a world where there's a pressing demand to put on masks...to have a facade. People put those masks on to appear as if they're stable and that they're okay with their lives. Twisted and very sad thinking, I must say.

well i know they did not trade in because they push them out into the yard. most of the time after a week or so they will flag my father down when he is visiting me. to ask him if he will haul them to the dump.they buy then they throw away. it is like disposal thing at that house ..lol
hey thanks for the comment !!!
