My sister and I recently had a falling out due to her drug use and her addict habits.
She's lied to my husband and I and our families, she's stolen money from our family and is placing the blame for her situation on everyone except herself.
I told her that until she can get clean, I don't want her to be associated with my kids, including having their pictures up on her myspace page that describes how much she likes to get high and drunk... and next to the pictures of her whoring herself out.
Do I have any right to have myspace take my kids' pictures down if she refuses to do so?

By all means you do, contact Myspace and make them aware that there is a person, who has pictures of YOUR children on their page without their permission... Legally your sister has to physically ask your permission before she posts any pictures of yourself and your children onto her profile!

I think so. A friend of mine had some embarrassing pics of me on his page and I told him to take them down. He wouldn't do so, so I reported him to myspace along with the link to his page. I never got any response back from myspace though. I think it'll be difficult though soulsetfire, but you should definitely give it a try. Myspace has over 150 million users, so just imagine how many abuse reports and emails they're getting a day. So you may or may not get a response, but it's worth a shot.
