The other day for no reason I just started to think how many people I knew that where either addicted to the net or video games. Im 30 and I got to admitted that when I sit down and play ps2 im there for at least 6 hours at a time. So Im wondering how many of you's have this same problem? Thanks!

I do spend alot of time on my PC but I try to make it as productive as possible...not just wasting time. I do stuff here on MyLot, I collect cross stitch patterns and I talk to ppl around the world. I did play Everquest for a few months but I couldn't get past the whole wasting time and money thing. I do play Diablo but only as a time out break from MyLot...sort of to clear my head. I only play for a half hour and then its back to what I was doing. AT PEACE WITHIN

I wouldn't go so far as to call it a problem. People spend just as much time running around on fields or drinking at pubs, and it's normal. I'm an addict though. If I start playing a new game that is actually decent, I can't stop, and when I finally do, I dream about it. It's kind of freaky. When I finally clock it, or get sick of it, it's ok, I'll stop playing video games for a week or even a couple months at a time before I go back to my evil obsession. ;) I'm 19, meaning by the time I'm 30 games will probably be all virtual-reality styles. I don't think I'm gonna be able to go to work...
