I cant beleive it, Inside Edition is on right now talking about Internet theives that steel peoples identity like credit card info or banking information. One of the scams they just talked about what getting email like fom Bank of America asking you to update your account infomation, this a scam to get you info. I knew this already, because I just got one of those emails today asking me to update my bank infomation, I know better than that, and besides I dont even have an accout with Bank of America. Well, I clicked on the link any just to see the phoney website and it came up blank , not there. Someone must have figured it out it was a scam site and deleted the site. Watch out for anyone email you for your personal info saying they are your bank, its a scam. Never give your personal info though an email, a Bank would never ask you that over the intenet.

That is so true, a bank never asks personal information over the internet. They either call you if you have a problem with your account or you call them for updates. I got one of those email asking for my bank account info so they could deposit therein the millions of dollars that they have stored away somewhere because they are trying to hide it from the government or something. I hope these scammers get hit by lightning.

Thanks for providing the information . I have made it a point not to invest through debit or credit card . Even I don't transfer money from internet banking from any suspicious place. Even I don't login to avoid any scams or for fear of losing money on net.
